Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our creative AI services.

Last updated: 2026-10-25

1. Who we are

SceneBloom, available at https://scenebloom.app, is operated by YUNOVA GLOBAL LTD. In this policy, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the operator. This policy covers our website, accounts, creative tools, generation services, payments and support.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email, profile information, authentication identifiers and account preferences. Payment and generation features may require an account.
  • Creative content: portraits, images, videos, prompts, reference materials, role selections, generation settings and generated results you submit or create through the service.
  • Service records: task identifiers, status, model selections, usage history, credit balances, orders, subscriptions, payment confirmations and refund records.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, request logs, error reports and security signals. Attribution information may include referral pages or campaign parameters.
  • Support information: messages, attachments and information you provide when requesting help or exercising your rights.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: authentication, language, preference and other identifiers described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Photos, AI providers and generated content

Selecting a photo for a local preview does not by itself submit it for AI generation. When you upload or submit a generation request, we may store the necessary materials and send relevant content, settings and references to the AI providers required to perform that request. These may include providers or infrastructure services such as Replicate, Gemini, Fal or Kie, depending on the tool you select. Provider availability can change; a listed provider is not necessarily used for every task.

We use this content to deliver results, maintain task history, investigate failures and prevent abuse. We do not sell your creative content and do not currently use it to train our own models. Third-party handling is subject to the provider arrangements and policies applicable to the requested service; we do not represent that every external provider has an identical retention or training policy.

Only submit images of adults who have consented to the intended use. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material that is unnecessary for the request. The service may preserve a person's appearance to generate the requested creative result; we do not offer identity verification through these tools.

4. How and why we use information

We use information to operate accounts, process generation jobs, deliver and store results, administer payments and credits, provide support, communicate service notices, secure the service and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics or marketing features are handled according to the choices and legal requirements that apply.

Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely as appropriate on performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security and service operation, or your consent. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

5. Payments and disclosure

Payment processors handle payment credentials and may collect billing and fraud-prevention information. We receive the transaction information needed to fulfil orders and administer billing; we do not store full card numbers or card security codes.

We may disclose necessary information to hosting, storage, AI, authentication, payment, support and analytics providers; professional advisers; authorities where legally required; and parties involved in a lawful business transfer with appropriate protection. We do not sell personal information.

Media previews, fonts, external links and embedded services may connect your browser to third-party domains, such as media hosting services and Google Fonts. Those requests can disclose IP addresses and technical headers to those services. Following an external link is governed by that service's own policies.

When enabled, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling and navigation on public pages through heatmaps and session recordings. Recording follows our cookie preference controls when enabled. We mask portrait previews and generated-content areas and do not use Clarity custom identifiers to send your name or email. Microsoft processes analytics data under its Privacy Statement.

6. Retention, deletion and security

We retain information for the purposes described above, including delivering your history, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and complying with record-keeping duties. Generation files may also be subject to storage limits or retention periods shown by the relevant tool; keep your own copies of results you want to retain.

You can request account and content deletion through support. We aim to remove associated data from active systems as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 30 days of verifying the request, unless legal, billing or security requirements require retention. Backup deletion may follow the backup lifecycle, and external providers may have their own retention requirements. Account deletion does not automatically request a refund.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and protected transmission where supported. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. International processing and your rights

Providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, portability, deletion, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights; we may verify your identity. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through these adult creative services.

8. Updates and contact

We update the date above when this policy changes and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate or required.
