Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of SceneBloom at https://scenebloom.app, operated by YUNOVA GLOBAL LTD. By creating an account, placing an order or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. The service

We provide photo-based creative tools, AI-generated images or videos, story presets, prompts, downloads and related account features. Availability, supported inputs, duration, resolution, sound, pricing and usage allowances are specified by the relevant tool and checkout. A reference film or example is illustrative and does not guarantee an identical result.

We may update features or providers, perform maintenance or restrict access for security. Where a material change affects an existing purchase, we will provide an appropriate remedy or notice as required by law.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for authorised activity through your account; report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Do not share access in breach of plan limits, impersonate another person or bypass usage controls.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in your prompts, uploaded photos, videos and other materials. We do not claim ownership of your uploads or the results generated for you. As between you and us, rights in generated results belong to you to the extent permitted by law and the applicable provider terms; copyright protection, uniqueness and freedom from third-party claims are not guaranteed.

You grant us a limited permission to host, process, transmit and display your materials as necessary to deliver the service, maintain your history, provide support and protect the platform. Processing may involve third-party AI, storage and infrastructure providers. We do not currently use your uploads or results to train our own models. Further data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Only use adult portraits with the subject's informed permission. You must have all necessary rights to submitted materials and to your intended use of the output. Third-party clips, example frames, logos and reference media remain the property of their respective owners and are not licensed to you merely by appearing here.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe copyright or privacy rights, impersonate or deceive others, create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexually exploit or endanger children, harass individuals, facilitate violence or fraud, distribute malware, scrape protected systems or circumvent safeguards. Do not submit stolen payment credentials or attempt to manipulate credits, tasks or billing.

We may reject tasks or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules. A fictional cinematic effect does not remove your responsibility for the content you submit or publish.

6. Orders, credits and subscriptions

The price, currency, included generations or credits, expiry terms, taxes and any renewal terms are shown before purchase. Charges may be collected by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record identified at checkout. We do not collect full card details directly.

One-time packs do not renew automatically. A subscription renews only where you select a recurring plan with clearly disclosed renewal terms. You can cancel through billing controls when available or contact support before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself refund an elapsed period or used credits.

Credits and generation allowances are service entitlements, not currency, deposits or investments. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred except where we expressly permit it or law requires. Credit use and any expiry must follow the purchased offer; an undisclosed expiry is not introduced by these Terms. Refunds and failed-task adjustments are governed by the Refund Policy.

7. Results and availability

AI results can contain visual artifacts, inaccurate details or inconsistent likenesses. Review outputs before sharing or commercial use. We do not promise a particular creative outcome or continuous availability. Download results you wish to keep; storage and file availability may be limited as described in the service.

8. Suspension and ending the relationship

We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, unlawful content or security risks, with notice where appropriate. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support. Applicable retention duties, outstanding payment obligations and mandatory refund rights survive termination. A restriction does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees or liability for fraud.

Contact us first so we can investigate disputes. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections, legal remedies or access to courts available in your jurisdiction.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes as appropriate or required. Updated terms do not remove rights relating to completed purchases under applicable law.
